Oh I have all the feels for Christmas, especially after we went Christmas tree shopping!!  The Christmas tree farm was so fragrant and nostalgic.  It was full of families with their children running around, so anxiously wanting to pick the perfect tree!

I do have a confession… I was SO close to buying a real tree this year. I really did think we would, but I got overwhelmed, like I typically do with everything.  We didn’t leave empty handed though.  We purchased some fresh wreaths and long pine garland.  Maybe next year.  I do miss having a real tree in our home and the hunt of finding that perfect tree.  When I was little my mom had two trees she put up- one was a real one with all of our childhood, handmade decorations with colorful lights.  The other was that “perfect” tree.  It was artificial with clear lights and beautiful blown glass ornaments.  I didn’t appreciate it that much when I was younger, but now I inherited those ornaments from my mom and they mean so much to me.

I thought this look was the most practical for Christmas tree shopping!  I have my Hunter boots in case there is mud, a cozy hat, and several layers to keep me warm!  How cute is this sweater, though? I saw it and totally fell in love!  I’ve been wearing it non stop around the house and out!  It’s so cozy!  For 3 other holiday looks to help get you through the season, I teamed up with my blogging besties to help you out!
